Our teams have led Comergent (now Sterling Commerce and AT&T) implementation to establish an online order management system delivered via a comprehensive enterprise portal. The Sterling Commerce powered system enables distributors and OEMs to access accurate product information, gain real-time pricing and availability, place orders, check order status, track shipments, and interface with another enterprise's accounts receivables/ general ledger 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unlike SAP implementations - we like Sterling Commerce as it is flexible, easier to implement and better suited especially for multi-channel organisations. Sterling Commerce offers other products like file transfer - which are not our area of expertise. You see - we are different - we prefer to tell you upfront what we are good at and what we are not.
